Software for job shops
If you cut, bend, weld or machine parts to order, this is one place for the orders, the floor and the shelf. It replaces the whiteboard and the spreadsheets, and we set it up around how your shop already runs.
From the order to the floor
Orders. A customer order is a line with a part, a quantity and a due date. Lines come in from manual entry or from a QuickBooks open-sales-orders upload. The orders list marks a late line in red.
The production board. You do not type work onto the board. It comes from your orders. Every process in your shop is a column, and work moves from left to right until it ships. A strip on the board shows work that has sat at a station longer than usual and an order at risk of its due date.
Jobs. A job is one run of one part. It records the status, the count you made, and the customer, their PO and the print revision.
Reorder. Set a reorder point on a part you buy. The Reorder list shows what has dropped below it and what is already on order.
Two lists the shop looks at every day

The time clock records attendance. It does not record time against a job and has no pay rates; it does give you a payroll file per pay period. Late and stuck work is flagged on screen. We do not send a text or an email about it.
Who it is for
A fab or job shop that works from customer orders and wants the orders, the jobs and the stock in one system. It suits a shop where the person who knows the status today carries it in their head.
Who it is not for
It is the wrong choice if you want to buy off the shelf and never talk to the people who make it. It does not send purchase orders or invoices into QuickBooks. Data comes in and nothing is written to your books.
We set it up with you
We meet you. In person or online. You walk us through the floor.
We set it up with you. You get the modules your shop needs. Your parts and open orders load from the spreadsheets you already have.
We keep building with you. What you ask for gets built.
Tell us what your shop makes and where the work gets lost. We will set up a time to meet.
